OUR STRATEGY
Mobilization Pipeline
We provide training and resourcing at each stage of our Mobilization Pipeline. This strategic process was developed to activate the body of Christ for ministry.
We begin by training disciples to be disciple makers, activating the priesthood of all believers. We then help disciple makers identify their calling as pioneer leaders or church planters and provide focused training for each group.
Finally, we come alongside sending pastors to help them discover the dreams God has placed in their heart for mobilization.

As catalytic leaders and coaches, Dwight and Jon have helped us construct a discipleship framework in our church with discipleship groups and missional communities now spreading in Greater Houston, as well as six Texas cities and four states! We are excited to see our groups multiply outside of our walls as disciples make disciples from here to everywhere!
